ONLINE TIME SHEET

All W-2s for everyone that worked for AEG in 2011 were mailed out on 12/21/12.

Your W-2 was sent to the address you provided at the time you completed your employment documents prior to starting your assignment, unless you had earlier provided us with an updated mailing address.

If for some reason you have not received your W-2 (you moved, it was lost in the mail, we entered something wrong in our system, your dog ate it...) here are the options you have to get a replacement.

Option 1:

By Mail - We can mail a replacement to your current address.

Option 2:

By E-mail - We can E-mail you a PDF copy.

Option 3:

By Fax - We can fax you a copy.

• How you would like us to get the replacement to you**

**We will mail all hard copy replacements using the USPS to your mailing address unless you tell us otherwise, but if you would like an E-mailed or faxed copy as well (which is faster) be sure to tell us how to get it to you.
