Each of the forms (*PDF files) listed below must be completed and returned to our office by all new hires prior to starting your assignment.

• AEG Application (if you have not completed our online version)
• AEG Employee Handbook (must be signed and returned to us before you start work)
• Form I-9 (IDs must be shown to an AEG team member in person)
• Form W-4 (if you want AEG to mail your paycheck use your current mailing address)
• Direct Deposit (Auto Pay) Form (the fastest and easiest way to get paid)
• Time Sheet (save for your use and return at the end of your work week)
