- AEG creates a full employment marketing package, including job description*, job announcements, and classified ads. *(If one is not yet available.)
- AEG prepares and submit paid advertisements in largely circulated print media of the region and the state. (All costs for advertisement, job posting, resume purchase and database search fees are paid upfront by AEG.)
- AEG lists the open position with a broad spectrum of local, regional and national job search firms and services along with a more targeted campaign focused on sector-specific types of recruitment opportunities.
- AEG also attack the assignment using more traditional one-on-one personal recruitment techniques - often referred to as “headhunting.”.
- AEG prescreens the pool of candidates for minimum qualifications, accuracy of facts represented, and general suitability. Candidates lacking the fundamental competencies for the job and/or candidates not expressing sincere interest are screened out so as not to burden you unnecessarily.
- AEG provides regular progress reports and forward them to you for review.
- AEG assists with arranging and conducting interviews in line with your schedule desires.
- AEG makes post interview contacts to notify unsuccessful candidates.
