Three Main Types of Job Placements We Provide:

• Temporary - where you work as an AEG employee on an interim basis. It could last from a day to many months.

• Temp-to-Hire - where you work as an AEG employee until the employer is sure you are the right person for the job and you are sure the job is right for you. If the placement is right for everyone you can convert from an AEG employee to the employer’s employee.

• Direct Hire or Permanent - where you tell us what you're looking for, we find you a great new job, schedule an interview, and you are hired directly by one of our clients.

Positions We Fill

AEG specializes in placing top talent in customer service, office support, sales, management, light industrial, financial, medical, seafood and tourism positions. In most cases top candidates can apply and find a job within just a few days or weeks, depending on the placements you are willing to take and your personal skill sets.

We fill nearly all positions from our current employee pool. Which is why you should submit your application even if you don’t see an open position that you are interested in now. Often positions never reach our “open positions” list because we fill the position from our pool and never need to list it on our web site.
